Copitas is a space built from our passion for agave spirits, great cocktails, and the experiences we’ve shared over the years with family, friends, and our community.
From tequila and mezcal to raicilla, sotol, and other Mexican distillates, Copitas was created to be a more intimate and elevated experience inside El Comal.
Most importantly, this project is dedicated to our father, whose love for Mexico, agave spirits, and the culture behind them helped inspire the vision for Copitas.
